TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC
BY-LAW 2021-65 BEING A BY-LAW TO DEDICATE AND ASSUME AS COMMON AND PUBLIC HIGHWAY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
FRONTENAC, PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 26, 28 & 31(6) OF THE MUNICIPALACT, 2001. WHEREAS certain lands in the Township of South Frontenac were deeded to the
Township of South Frontenac for the purpose of dedicating them to public use as common and public highways; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 5. 0, 2001, c. 25, sections 26 & 28 identifies all road
and allowances, highways, streets and lanes shown on a registered plan of subdivision as highways, and gives the municipality jurisdiction over said highways; AND WHEREAS Council wishes to enact a by-law for the purpose of assuming the lands as part of the public highways to be maintained by the municipality; NOWTHEREFORETHE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTSAS FOLLOWS:
Those lands herein described are dedicated as common and public highwaysand the lands are assumed as part of the public highwaysto be maintained by the municipality.
Kahala Court, Plan 13M56, Stomngton/Kingston Twp., being all of PIN 362940724;and Kam Avenue, Plan 1 3M56 Storrington/Kingston Twp., being all of PIN 362940725;and
Lakefield Drive, Plan 13M56 Storrington/Kingston Twp., being all of PIN 362940727;and
Maple Crest Court, Plan 13M56, Storrington/Kingston Twp., being all of PIN
36294-0728; and
Block 57, Plan 13M56, Storrington/Kingston Twp., being all of PIN 36294-0719
Block 58, Plan 13M56, Storrington/Kingston Twp., being all of PIN 36294-0720
This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of registration of this by-law.
