FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH 2022-88 BY-LAW A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A DEPUTY TREASURER
WHEREAS it is necessary for the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, to enact a by—lawto provide for the appointment of a Deputy Treasurer, who in the absence of the Treasurer would carry out the duties of the Treasurer and, WHEREAS subsection 286(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, c.25 as amended provides for by—lawsto appoint a Deputy Treasurer to have all the powers and duties of the Treasurer under that and any other act, NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That Louise Fragnito be appointed as Deputy Treasurer for the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac effective September 24, 2022.
That the duties, roles and responsibilities will be according Description approved by the Chief Administrative Officer.
And that By—|aw2022-51 be rescinded effective September 24”‘,2022.
This by—lawshall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
