TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2022-96 A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2000-01, BEING A BY-LAW TO REGULATE THE USE OF TRAFFIC, PARKING AND STOPPING ON HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES IN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, TO REGULATE SPEEDS AS OUTLINED IN SCHEDULE “A”.
WHEREAS By-law 2000-01 regulates the use of traffic, parking and stopping on highways and bridges under the jurisdiction of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Ch. 45, as amended and the Municipal Act, 2001, Ch. 25, as amended; and WHEREAS Council wishes to amend By—law2000-01 as amended, for the purposes of regulating the speed on a section of Battersea Road. NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
That the attached Schedule “A—50"is hereby added to By—law2000-01 as amended.
This by—lawshall come into force and take effect upon the posting of the appropriate speed limitsigns.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 11th day of October, 2022.
Read a first and second time this 11th day of October, 2022. Read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of October, 2022.
