By-Law Number 2023-06 Being a by-law to stop up, close and sell a portion of an unopened road allowance being Part 2, Plan 13R22785, Part of the Road Allowance between the Geographic Townships of Portland and Loughborough; 5006755 Ontario Ltd. .j_.
Whereas the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac may pass a by-law to stop up, close and sell any highway or part thereof pursuant to the Municipal Act, section 34(1): And whereas pursuant to the Township of South Frontenads Notice By-law No. 2016-73, the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac caused to be advertised the proposal to close portions of the said road allowance: And whereas
the said road allowance is not used as a publically travelled road:
And whereas
no objections have been received to the road closing:
Now therefore the Corporation of the Township Council, hereby enacts as follows:

That the portion of road allowance being Part 2 Plan 13R22785, Part of the Road Allowances between the Geographic Townships of Portland and Loughborough between Lot 1, Concession 8 Geographic Township of Portland and Lot 1, Concession 8 Geographic Township of Loughborough, part of PlN 36274-0170. Benefitting lands municipally known as 5356 New Morin Road.
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute such documents as are required; and
That this By—lawshall come into force and take effect upon registration of this By-law.
