TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2023-42 A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A COMMUNITY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC WHEREAS Section 10. (1) of Ontario Regulation 380/04 Standards under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act requires that every municipality shall designate an employee of the municipality or a member of the council as its emergency management program co—ordinator; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- That James Thompson is hereby appointed as Community Emergency Management Coordinator for the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac.

- That this By—|awshall come into force and take effect on May 3, 2023.
