TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2023-57 A BY-LAW TO APPOINT AN ALTERNATE, COMMUNITYEMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC WHEREAS Section 10. (1) of Ontario Regulation 380/04 Standards under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act requires that every municipality shall designate an employee of the municipality or a member of the council as its community emergency management program coordinator; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- That Jan Minaker is hereby appointed as Alternate, Community Emergency Management Coordinator for the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac.
- That this By—lawshall come into force and take effect on July 19, 2023. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 18 day of July, 2023. Read a first and second time this 18 day of July, 2023.
