A By-Law to Amend By-Law 2023-04, ‘A By-Law to Amend By-Law 2023-04, ‘A By-Law to Define the Mandate and Meeting Procedures for Committees Established By The Corporation of The Township of South Frontenac’ Whereas
Council desires to update By—law2023-04;
Therefore Be It Resolved That the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac hereby enacts as follows:
- By-law 2023-04, ‘A By-Law to Amend By—Law2023-04, ‘A By-Law to Define the Mandate and Meeting Procedures for Committees Established By The Corporation of The Township of South Frontenac’, is hereby amended as follows: Schedule A of By-Iaw 2023—04 is amended to delete the mandate of the Lake Ecosystem Advisory Committee;
Schedule F of By—law2023-04 is amended to delete reference to the Lake Ecosystem Advisory Committee; and Schedule A of By-law 2023-04 regarding Recreation & Leisure Services Advisory Committee Composition is amended to delete the word “Nine” to be replaced with the word “Six” to read as follows:

“Composition (As Appointed members of the public”
by Council): Two (2) members of Council and Six (6)
Schedule A of By-law 2023-04 regarding the Recreation & Leisure Services Advisory “Committee is amended to include the following phrase:
“Notwithstanding Section 2.1. of the Committee By-Iaw, the Recreation & Leisure Services Committee is considered a permanent advisory committee.” 2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Given First and Second Readings: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 Given Third Reading and Passed: Tuesday, April 1, 2025
