By-Law Number 2025-77 Being a By-Law to deem part of Plan of Subdivision No. 13M105 not to be a registered subdivision: Block 8, Plan 13M105, District of Storrington

Whereas section 50(4) of the Planning Act R. S. O. 1990, 0. P13, authorizes Council to pass a by—law to designate any plan of subdivision, or part thereof that has been registered for eight years or more, to be deemed not to be a registered plan of subdivision for purposes of the part lot control provisions of section 50(3) of the Planning Act. Whereas
Plan of Subdivision 13M105 has been registered for more than eight (8) years; and
Whereas Council considers it appropriate and necessary that those parts of Plan 13M105 described in this by-law be deemed not to be a registered plan of subdivision to facilitate the merging of lands that will be utilized as one property and is developed as a single property for a period greater than eight years.
Therefore Frontenac
be it resolved that the Council of the Corporation hereby enacts as follows:

THAT Block 8, Plan of Subdivision 13M105, District of Storrington is hereby deemed not to be a registered plan of subdivision for purposes of the part lot control provisions of subsection 50(3) of the Planning Act.
That the developer of the subdivision shall pay all costs associated with the development, passage and registration of this By-law.
That this By-law shall be registered in the proper Land Registry Of?ce and the Municipality shall be provided with appropriate documentation that the registration has been completed within ten (10) business days of the date of registration;
That passage of this By—lawshall be deemed to include authorization to legal counsel to register same in the appropriate Land Registry Office without further written authorization;
That this By—lawshall come into effect when registered in the proper Land Registry Office.
