a)
Report from Mark Segsworth, Public Works Manager, re; Vegetation Management - Hydro One Council directed staff to bring this item forward for resolution with conditions; including, review of plans with Township staff, informing adjacent property owners, no spraying adjacent to organic farming activities. Council is not supportive of routine, widespread spraying of roadsides by the Township.
b)
Report from Mark Segsworth, Public Works Manager, re; Frontenac Corridor Road Needs Study This item is to come back to Council with more details following the review and recommendations from the joint CAO group.
c)
Report from Anne Levac, Planning Assistant, re: Sale of Municipal Property. The process for sale of lands is to be clarified and brought forward to Council prior to Council considering declaring the property surplus and proceeding with sale.
d)
Report from Councillor John McDougall, re: Museum Future of the Old Limestone in Hartington Council is supportive of the committee doing the preliminary investigations in advance of a final decision on opening a museum. The museum must be named and considered a South Frontenac Museum. Councillor McDougall is to coordinate a joint meeting of community groups interested in preserving local history.

Arena Board Nothing to report, the Arena Board meets on May 14.
c)
Police Services Board The first meeting with new the Staff Sargent took place this week. She is scheduled to attend COW on May 27 as a delegation.

b)
Glen Baldock, Local Area Manager,Canada Post, re: Potential Closure on Saturdays only at the Hartington Post Office.

New Business
a)
Speed limits on Round Lake Rd. This request remains outstanding, while other changes appear to be advancing. An update was requested.
b)
Fence viewer Requests for fence viewers are coordinated through Planning Department
c)
Long Service Awards and Luncheon Councillors received their invitation to attend the Inaugural South Frontenac Long Service Awards and Luncheon on May 29.
d)
Follow up from Ralph Boston The Mayor and Public Works Manager have been out to see the site. The Public Works Manager will coordinate a site visit with anyone else wishing to attend.
