Zoning By-law Amendment Application PL-ZBA-2024-0090, Wiley, 848 Burnt Hills Road, Storrington District Noah Perron conducted a PowerPoint presentation regarding PL-ZBA-20240090. In response to a question from Councillor Trueman, Noah Perron provided additional clarification regarding the purpose of the Holding Symbol. The Mayor afforded members of the public with an opportunity to provide comment. Members of the public did not provide comment.
d)
Public Meeting - Proposed Amendments to the Planning Fees Schedule Brad Wright provided a summary of the proposed Planning Fees Schedule. The Mayor afforded members of the public with an opportunity to provide comment. Members of the public did not provide comment.

Resolution - Close Public Meeting Resolution No. 2024:17:04 Moved by Councillor Leonard Seconded by Councillor Pegrum That the Public Meeting be closed. Carried

Cemetery Grave Excavation Contract Resolution No. 2024:17:06 Moved by Councillor Morey Seconded by Councillor Roberts That Council approve the award of the grave excavation and cemeteries maintenance contract to D.G. Younge Cemetery Services for a period of 2 years with an option for a one additional year. Carried
