The Township of South Frontenac acknowledges that it sits on the traditional unceded territory of the Algonquin, Anishinaabe, and Haudenosaunee peoples, and its lands are entirely within the boundaries of this territory. In acknowledging this traditional territory, we recognize their significant historical contributions. As a municipality, we have a responsibility for the stewardship of the land on which we live and work.
