Application to stop up, close and transfer a portion of unopened road allowance between Lots 5 & 6, Concession 13, Bedford between Devil Lake and Perth Road (Road 10) Resolution No. [2025-06]-06 Moved by Councillor Morey Seconded by Councillor Pegrum That Council deny the application submitted by Tim Cook on behalf of Lelah Cook to stop up, close and transfer ownership of a portion of the unopened road allowance between Lots 5 & 6, Concession 13, Bedford between Devil Lake and Perth Road (Road 10). Carried
