THAT the Special Council meeting of November 19th’ 2011 be convened at 9:00 a.m.

Declarations of Pecuniary Interest - none
Business Items - 2012 Budget The direction from Council was recorded following the presentation of the 2012 preliminary budget. The federal gas tax contribution from the County is to be adjusted to $100,000.00 from the $293,869.00. The $5,000.00 expense in Police Services for communication is to come from reserves. The $10.000.00 for cemetery lot additions is to be restored. The $275,000.00 contribution to the mfrastructure reserve is to be restored. From there an additional amount is to be transferred to reserves for
infrastructure to bring the impact of the budget to 3%. Council asked for the incremental value of the reserve draw downs and for
a Committee of the Whole discussion on the road construction plan to take nd
place on November 22
.
It was noted that on Page 30 of the budget package was updated and a new page was handed out to Council. Resolution No. 2011-39-02
