(a) Report from Angela Maddocks, Confidential Secretary, re: Frontenac Municipal Law Enforcement - Dog Tag Follow Up 9.

Information Items

(a) Wayne Orr, Chief Administrative Officer, advised Council of the changes to their expense forms for 2012, each members was given hvelve copies. (b)

It was noted that from this point forward that Council meetings will be held in the library meeting room as administration offices will be undergoing renovations in the near future.

New Business

(a) Councillor Vandewal felt the timeline for renovations to the administration

offices is very ambitious. (b)

With reference to the Public Works Services minutes included in the

package there was general discussion about ongoing changes to waste management, hours of operation for the landfill sites. It was noted that the

items noted are not decisions of the committee, but referring to discussions of the committee.
