THAT the Council meeting of November 20th, 2012 be convened at 7:00 p.m Carried. 2.
Declarations of Pecuniary Interest
Councillor Naish and Councillor Vandewal declared a pecuniary interest with respect to the Accounts Payable.
Councillor Vandewal noted that the Accounts Payable showed one individual being paid twice. Wayne Orr will ask Louise Fragnito, Treasurer to look into this. 3.

THAT Council approve and authorize the steps necessary to implement the following: .
Effective January 1, 2014 the establishment of one Cemetery Board,
with varied term, public appointments .
Effective January 1, 2014, one integrated set of Cemetery Bylaws
.
Effective May 1, 2013 the separation of the three service components: administration, grounds and excavation with appropriate tenders and contracts in place
.
Effective January 1,2013 new rates as proposed. Carried.

(a) Councillor Robinson advised that he received a call from a Mrs. Murray who had concerns regarding paving recently done on a road near her home
to create a bypass. She said there are several homes nearby who have children who stand by the road waiting for the school bus each day. She says it is dangerous. She is requesting that a caution light be installed.
