Orientation - Clerk’s Department Staff
Minutes of Heritage Advisory Committee April, 27, 2023 Michell Hannah, Deputy Clerk reviewed the Heritage Advisory Committee Orientation presentation. b)
Orientation - Planning Department Staff Brad Wright, Director of Development Services reviewed the Heritage Committee Orientation presentation.

Official Plan Update Brad Wright, Director of Development Services reviewed the Official Plan presentation for the Heritage Advisory Committee. In reply to a question about letters sent to potential heritage designation properties by John McDougall Michell advised that staff would look into the list of letters that went out and those that were returned. Brad Wright responded to a question by advising that section 6.1 is the Heritage Section of the Official Plan.

Motions There were none. Notices of Motion There were none. Correspondence There was none. Questions of Clarity (from the public on outcome of agenda items) The members provided background information about themselves to each other. Following a question from Michael Gemmell, Brad advised he would check with the building department with respect to a demolition permit for the building in Railton next to the church.
