Call to Order; Purpose of Meeting; and Chair The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and advised the purpose of the meeting is to consider amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law. 2. Approval of Agenda a) September 22, 2023 Resolution #: 392-23 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor Hu Councillor He Be It Resolved That Council approves the Agenda for the Public Meeting regarding the Fees and Charges By-law dated September 22, 2023, as circulated. Carried 3. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and Genera None declared. 4. Proposed Amendments to the Fees and Char a) Amendments to Fees and Charges By-law Schedule ‘A’ Administration and Finance; Schedule ‘C’ Building Department) Resolution #: 393-23 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor He Councillor Hu Whereas, at the meeting on August 17, 2023, Council passed Resolutions #349-23 and #350-23 receiving for information the Treasurer’s Administrative Reports entitled “Proposed Fees and Charges By-law Schedule “A’ and “Building Department Update Schedule ‘C’” and approving in principle amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law; Therefore Be It Resolved That Council will receive comments from the public regarding the proposed amendments; And That Council will consider a By-law to amend the Fees and Charges By-law at the following Regular meeting. Carried 5. Public Comments No public comments were received. 6.
