Call to Order; Purpose of Meeting; and Chair’s Opening Remarks The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and advised the purpose of the meeting is to consider amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law.
Approval of Agenda

Resolution #: 392-23 Moved By: Seconded By: Councillor Huetl Councillor Hermer Be It Resolved That Council approves the Agenda for the Public Meeting regarding the Fees and Charges By-law dated September 22, 2023, as circulated. Carried

Proposed Amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law
a) Amendments to Fees and Charges By-law (Resolution #349-23 - Schedule ‘A’ Administration and Finance; and Resolution #350-23- Schedule ‘C’ Building Department)

Township of North Frontenac Public Council Meeting Minutes September 22, 2023 Seconded By: Councillor Huetl Whereas, at the meeting on August 17, 2023, Council passed Resolutions #349-23 and #350-23 receiving for information the Treasurer’s Administrative Reports entitled “Proposed Fees and Charges By-law Schedule “A’ and “Building Department Update Schedule ‘C’” and approving in principle amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law; Therefore Be It Resolved That Council will receive comments from the public regarding the proposed amendments; And That Council will consider a By-law to amend the Fees and Charges By-law at the following Regular meeting. Carried
