TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2011-01

A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO A COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT/LAND DIVISION COMMITTEE.

^?^AS.Sec^o?-44(l).ofthe plamlin§ AC\R’s- °- 1990’ Chapter P. 13, as amended, authorizes councils to appoint a committee of adjustment by by-law; and

WHEREAS _ Section 51.2(1) of the Plannmg Act, R. S. 0. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended, authorizes councils to a appoint a land division committee by by-law; and, WHEREAS it is deemed useful and expedient to appoint a Joint committee of adjustment/land division committee to serve the needs of the Township of South Frontenac;

NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SO FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. The following persons shown on Schedule ‘A’, as attached, are hereby appointed to the Committee of Adjustment/ Land Division Committee for the Township of South Frontenac.

  2. All appointments shall be for the term of Council except for Council members who shall be appointed for one year.

  3. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.

  4. By-Law 2007-06 is hereby repealed.
