BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK TO
ENTER INTO A SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSmP OF SOVTH NtONTENAC AND RKR
LANMtoLDINGSCORPORATION: VALLEYVIEW ESTATES SUBDFVISION; LOVGHBOROUGH DISTRICT
WHEREAS a draft Subdivision Agreement for the VaUeyview Estates Subdivision has been prepared and presented to Council;
AND WHEREAS certain modifications to the draft Subdivision Agreement have been made to the satisfaction, of tiie Township of South Frontenac; 1*.T
OW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
. AONTENAC BY ITS COVNCBL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT the Mayor and fhe Clerk be authorized to enter into a Subdivision Agreement between the Corporation of fhe Township of Soxrth Frontenac and
RKR Landholdings Corporation for development of fhe Valleyview Estates Subdivision. 2.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force and effect in accordance with section 50 of
ftie Planning Act 1990, either upon the date of passage or as otherwise provided by fhe said section 50. Dated at th® Township of South Frontenac this first day of May, 2012. Read a first and second time this first day of May,2012.
