TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2012-65
BEING A BY-LAW TO ASSUME THE PUBLIC WORKS IN THE SILVERBROOK ESTATES SUBDFVISION; PLAN 13M-42 AND TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF LOT #1 IN PLAN 13M-42 FROM THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC TO SILVERBROOK ESTATES INC.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of Loughborough now the Township of South Frontenac had entered into an agreement with Silverbrook Estates Inc. for the subdivision known as Silverbrook Estates Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider, Silverbrook Estates Inc., has completed the obligations
un.der-tt^.ten^.of.the subdiYision agreement and has requested that the municipality assume the subdivision works including the streets therein; and
WHEREAS; the outstanding accounts have been paid in full; and WHEREAS; Lot #1 is being held by the municipality as security for the subdivider
meeting the obligations in the agreement and the obligations now being met;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT effective November 7, 2012, the street in Plan of Subdivision Plan 13M-
42 is hereby assumed as a public highway.
- THAT ownership of Lot #1 in Plan 13M-42 be transferred from the Township of South Frontenac to Silverbrook Estates Inc.
