TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2012-71
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK TO EXECUTE A REVISED SITE PLAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE TCWNSfflP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC AND THE LIMESTONE DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION.
WHEREAS a revised Site Plan Agreement has been prepared to the satisfaction of the Township of South Frontenac and signed by fhe proponent; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOVTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a revised Site
Plan Agreement between the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac and The Limestone District Board of Education, a copy of which is attached hereto and forms part of this by-law.
- THAT this By-law and Agreement shall be registered on title of the property described as
Part 3, Plan 13R-13483; Plan 50, Blk L Lot C: Part of Lot 4, Concession V, Loughborough District, Township of South Frontenac, and Part 1, Plan 13R-13483; Plan 50, Blk L Lot 1: Part lot 4, Concession V,
Loughborough District, Township of South. Frontenac, and Part 1, Plan 13R.18509; Plan 50, Blk L Lot 1-. Part lot4, Concession V,
Loughborough District, Township of Soufh Frontenac, and Part 1, Plan 13R-20180; Part lot 4, Concession V, Loughborough District, Township of South Frontenac. ‘.V

THIS BY-LAW shall come into force and effect m accordance with section 41 of
Ihe Plannmg Act, RSO, 1990, either upon the date of passage or as ofherwise provided by the said section 41.
