3EING A BY-LAW TO ASSUME AS COMMON AND PUBLIC HIGHWAY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
i^RONTEENAC, PURSUANT TO SECTION 31(6) OF THE

MUNICIPAL ACT, 2001. W3ERJEAS certain lands in the Township of South Frontenac were deeded to tfee
Township of Soud Frontenac as a condition of consent, for the purpose of dedicating them to public use as comiEon and public highways;
ANS WHEREAS Council wishes to enact a by-law for the purpose of assuming the heads as part of the public highways to be maintained by the municipality;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT
FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNC3L, HEIUEBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: t'
Those lands hcrcia described £TS hereby established and assumed as comaon and public highways, Tiiosc lanas described as PT LT 13 CON 9 STORRINGTON, DESIGNATED AS PARTS 2 & 3 ON PLAN 13R-20803 SOUTH
FRONTENAC, muaiclpaUy known as Wellmgton St.
This by-law shall come into force and take effect os the date of registration of this by-1aw.
