TCWNSfflP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2014-20
BEING A BY-LAW TO ASSUME AS COMMON AND PUBUC HIGHWAY CERTAIN LANDS TN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
FRONTENAC, PURSUANT TO SECTION 31(6) OF THE MUNICIPAL ACT, 2001. WHEREAS certain lands in the Township of South Frontenac were deeded to the
Township of South Frontenac as a condition of consent, for the purpoae of dedicating them to public use as common and public lughwaya; AND WHEREAS Council wishes to enact a by-law for the purpose of assummg the lands as part of the public highways to be maintained by the municipality; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OP SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those lands herem described are hereby established and assumed as common and public highways. 1,
Those lands described as PT LT 2 CON 6 LOVGHBOROUGH, DESIGNATED AS PART 2 ON PLAN 13R-13148 SOUTH FRONTENAC,
municipaUy known as North Shore Road 2.
Those buds described as PT LT 19, CON 11LOUGHBOROUGH, DESIGNATED AS PARTS 2,3,4,5 ON PLAN 13R-20730, munidpaBy known as Trotter Road
This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of registration of this by-law.
