TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2016-38
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO
REZONE LANDS FROM SPECIAL LIMITED SERVICE RESIDENTIAL ZONED
(RLS-2) TO WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL ZONE (RW), LIMITED SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW) AND SPECIAL LIMITED SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW-111) ; PART LOT 6,
CONCESSION V, DISTRICT OF BEDFORD: JAMES CAMPBELL WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a
parcel of land located in Part of Lot 6, Concession V, in the District of Bedford,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘D’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is
hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Special Limited Service Residential Zone (RLS-2) to Waterfront Residential Zone (RW), Limited Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW) and Special Limited
Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW-111) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “1”.
- THAT Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section RLSW-111 (Part Lot 6 Concession V, Bedford District) immediately after section RLSW-110 (Part Lot 15, Concession IX, Storrington District), to read as follows:
RLSW-111 (Part Lot 6. Concession V. Bedford District-James Campbell
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 10.3.1 or any other
provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special
Limited Service Residential-Waterfront (RLSW-111), the following provisions shall apply:
Front Yard (Minimum)………………. ………45 metres (147 ft.) Setback from highwater mark or
floodline of a body of water (Minimum)…….45 metres (147 ft.) All other provisions of this by-law shall apply.
- THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.

Read a first and second time this twenty-first day of June,2016. Read a third time and finally passed this twenty-first day of June, 2016.
