TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAWNUMBER2016-45
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LAND FROM SPECIAL RECREATIONAL RESORT COMMERCIAL ZONE (RRC-12) TO LIMITED SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW), PART LOT 30,
CONCESSIONX, DISTRICTOF STORRINGTON:CAMPEAU WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient
to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 30, Concession X of the District of Storrington;
NOWTHEREFORETHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
THAT Schedule *C" to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing the zoning from Recreational Resort Commercial Zone (RRC-12) to Limited Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “1”.
THAT Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by changing the number of permitted tourist cabins in the Special Recreational Resort Commercial Zone (RRC-12) in Part Lot 30, Concession X, Storrington District, from
4 permitted cabinsto 3 permitted cabinsso thatthe section reads asfollows: “RRC-12(Lot 30, Concession X, Storrington District - Cranberry LakeCottages) Notwithstandingany provision ofthis by-lawto the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-12), only the following use are permitted and the following special provisions shall apply: i)

a tourist establishment consisting of 3 tourist cabins;

one permanent dwelling/office. Zone Provisions
No building or structure other than a marine facility and except for one existing cabin shall be permitted within 30 metres of the highwater mark of Cranberry Lake.
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply.” 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the Planning
Act, 1990, as amended, either upon the date of passage or as otherwise provided by said section 34.
