TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW2018-21
A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC. THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTSAS FOLLOWS: 1.
The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its Council Meeting of April 3, 2018 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator of all Deeds,
Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 3rd day of April, 2018. Read a first and second time this 3rd day ofApril, 2018. Read a third time and finally passed this 3rd day ofApril, 2018.
