TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2020-56 A BY-LAWTO CONFIRMGENERALLYPREVIOUSACTIONS OF THE COUNCILOF THE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC. THEREFORETHE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTSAS FOLLOWS: 1.
The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its Council Meeting of October 6, 2020 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk of all Deeds, Instruments and other
Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed. 3.
This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 6 day of October, 2020. Read a first and second time this 6 day of October, 2020. Read a third time and finally passed this 6 day of October, 2020.
