TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2020-68 A BY-LAWTO CONFIRMGENERALLYPREVIOUSACTIONSOF THE COUNCIL
OF THE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC. THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTSAS FOLLOWS: The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its Council Meeting of November 24, 2020 be confirmed. 2.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk of all Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
This By-lawshall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 24 day of November, 2020. Read a first and second time this 24 day of November, 2020.
Read a third time and finally passed this 24 day of November, 2020.
