TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2021-01 A BY-LAWTO CONFIRM GENERALLYPREVIOUSACTIONSOF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC.
THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTSAS FOLLOWS:
The actions ofthe Council ofthe Corporation ofthe Townshipof South Frontenac at its special Council Meeting of January 12, 2021 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayorand the Clerk of all Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
This By-lawshall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
