TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW2021-06 A BY-LAWTO CONFIRMGENERALLYPREVIOUSACTIONSOF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC.
THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBYENACTSAS FOLLOWS:
The actions ofthe Council ofthe Corporation ofthe Township ofSouth Frontenac at its special Council Meeting of January 26, 2021 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk of all Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
This By-lawshall come into force andtake effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 26 day of January 2021. Read a first and second time this 26 dayofJanuary, 2021. Read a third time and finally passed this 26 day of January, 2021.
