TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2021-18 A BY-LAWTO CONFIRMGENERALLYPREVIOUSACTIONSOF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC. THEREFORETHE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC. BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTSAS FOLLOWS:
The actions of the Council ofthe Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its special Council Meeting of April 6, 2021 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk of all Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 6 day ofApril, 2021. Read a first and second time this 6 day of April, 2021
Read a third time and finally passed this 6 day ofApril, 2021.
