Whereas Section 55 (1) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 permits municipal councils to persons to enforce the by—iawsof the municipality; and the Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to appoint municipal law enforcement officers to enforce the by-iaws of the municipality;
Whereas
Therefore Be It Resolved That the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac hereby enacts as follows:

That Michelle Hannah be appointed as a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer for the Township of South Frontenac.

This By-Iaw shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Given First and Second Readings: Tuesday, May 7, 2024 Given Third Reading and Passed: Tuesday, May 7, 2024
