Schedule for 2025 Budget Resolution No. 2024:16:06 Moved by Councillor Turcotte Seconded by Councillor Ruttan That Council adopt the schedule as presented in the Report. Carried
b)
Community Grants Resolution No. 2024:16:07 Moved by Deputy Mayor Morey Seconded by Councillor Roberts That Council approve 1 Community Grant application for $1,000 to the Frontenac Holistic Health Collective.

Fire Protection Grant Resolution No. 2024:16:08 Moved by Councillor Leonard Seconded by Councillor Sleth That Council endorse The Township of South Frontenac application to the Fire Prevention Grant and; That Council authorize the Clerk and Mayor to enter into an agreement should the Township be successful with their application. Carried

New Boat Motor - Marine Unit 361 Resolution No. 2024:16:09 Moved by Councillor Trueman Seconded by Councillor Pegrum That Council authorize the change in scope to project 22-07 New Marine Unit to include the purchase of a replacement of the boat motor on Marine Unit 361. Carried

Proposed Fees and Charges By-law (Administrative Revision) Resolution No. 2024:16:10 Moved by Councillor Roberts Seconded by Councillor Pegrum That By-law 2024-59 being a By-Law to Establish Fees and Charges Collected by The Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac, be given first and second reading. Carried Resolution No. 2024:16:11 Moved by Deputy Mayor Morey Seconded by Councillor Trueman That By-law 2024-59 be given third reading, signed and sealed. Carried

Rise and Report regarding County Council and External Boards
a)
Cataraqui Conservation Councillor Sleeth advised that an appealed application regarding a property on Devil Lake that was reviewed by the Board. He noted that the Board agreed that the decision of Conservation Authority staff to deny the application was appropriate.
b)
Frontenac Community Arena Board Councillor Roberts advised that the staff has put the ice in for the upcoming season. He noted that the first booking was scheduled for September 3, 2024. He stated that the Frontenac teams and Loyalist teams will be using the ice and mentioned that September 13, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 is opening night at the arena.
