Mr. Rob Wood of 8020 Info Inc reviewed the summary of advanced input
for this session and provided those in attendance an opportunity to provide input on those items.
He then lead Staff and Council through the exercise which included a
mission statement, vision and values, planning assumptions, potential strategic priorities, understanding, evaluating and setting strategic directions. Resolution No. 2011-27-02

THAT Council receives all comments from the Strategic Planning session th held August 16 , 2011 and directs staff to develop a report to bring back to Council for adoption. 4.

THAT By-law 2011-53, being a by-law to confirm generally previous actions of the Council of the Township of South Frontenac, be given first and th second reading this 16" day of August, 2011.
