The Council authorize the CAO to execute a lease between Dr. Dempsey and the Township of South Frontenac for the rental for the Verona Medical Clinic.

Councillor Naish commented that By-law Enforcement Officers are still
issuing notices to pay dog license fees in Storriagton District. Councillor Vandewal compared dog tag licensing to a driver’s license noting that both fees have to be paid for year. (b)
Councillor Robinson questioned the status of work to be completed on the Pleasant Valley Municipal Drain. He indicated that some of the property owners are willing to do the work with their own equipment.
(c) Councillor Robinson referred to an entrance at the intersection ofRutledge Road and Portland/Loughborough Boundary Road on the south side. He wanted to know when this would matter would be addressed by the Roads Department. (d)
Councillor Robinson referred to an advertisement in the Whig Standard from Kimco Steel Sales indicating that they would pay for electronic waste.
He felt this should be looked into as the township has to pay for the removal of e-waste.

Councillor McPhail referred to the June 20tn, 2011 Storrington Recreation minutes and donations made to clubs in that area. He questioned the committee’s authority to do so.
