Wayne Orr, Chief Administrative Officer, administered the “declaration of
ofGce” to swear in John McDougall as the Deputy Mayor for the December 1st, 2011 to November 30th, 2012 term. 2. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest
Councillor Robinson declared a pecuniary interest with respect to Page 30 of the Accounts Payable Voucher.
CounciUor Naish declared a pecuniary interest with respect to Pages 8 and
29 of the Accounts Payable Voucher. 3.

THAT the Mayor and CAO be authorized to enter into an agreement with Stewardship Ontario for Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Services, AND THAT the agreement with Brendar Environmental Inc. for the Operations of the township of South Frontenac’s Household Hazardous
Waste Facility and Transportation and Disposal of the Hazardous Waste be extended to December 31, 2012.

(c) Report from Wayne Orr, Chief Administrative Officer, re: 2012 Operating and Capital Budget

Moved by Councillor Robinson Seconded by Councillor Tinlin THAT Council approve the 2012 Operating Budget of $12,170,752 and the 2012 Capital Budget of $7,579,254.
